Our Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Duskshade! We are so excited to share this story with you. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship our books:

Order Processing: Because Duskshade is currently available for pre-order, all pre-ordered books are scheduled to begin shipping shortly after our official release date of July 28, 2026. For any orders placed after the launch, please allow 1–3 business days for us to hand-package your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

We ship globally from Kelowna, BC, Canada using Stallion Express to bring you the most reliable, discounted shipping rates possible.

Canada (Domestic): Standard shipping takes approximately 3–9 business days.

United States: Standard cross-border shipping takes approximately 4–7 business days.

International: Standard international shipping takes approximately 10–15 business days.

Tracking Your Order:

 As soon as your book is packaged and scanned by our shipping carrier, you will automatically receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep!

Duties, Customs, and Taxes:

International orders may be subject to local customs duties or VAT depending on your country. These are handled as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) where possible to ensure a seamless delivery to your door.
